Can Social Media
create more
business?

Social Media Icons

Users are on Facebook on average eight times per day.

Even if this means they’re just opening the app & doing a quick scroll, you have eight chances per day to catch their attention and engage with them.

People spend an average of 35 minutes per day on Facebook.

People are spending that time engaging, socializing, sharing content, and of course reviewing businesses.

57% of consumers say that social media influences their shopping.

Consumers use it as a search engine and a research tool, and a way to see reviews quickly after discovering a brand.

26% of Facebook users who clicked on ads reported making purchases.

That’s around 1 in 4 of the customers who click on your ad. There’s incredible selling potential if you’re able to connect with the right audience.

Ads require specific content that meets Facebook standards. Those requirements include type, format, and text level for pictures. For video there are limitations on format, aspect ratio and format. Any copy(textual content) is limited by rules regarding who is posting it, if the copy makes assumptions about the intended recipient, as well as topics including ethnic/racial diversity, income, financial standing, and other demographic characteristics.

SMS or Short Message Service refers to text messaging. With certain Ad types or messaging options there is the ability to be notified by text. For example a lead notification could include the name, email, phone number and other Facebook profile information. It would also include answers to any questions you added to the lead form as well and potentially consent for future contact.
